EASIER TRANSITIONS 2015

Easier Transitions was funded by the EU Erasmus+ programme, and worked in

collaboration with partners across the United Kingdom, Spain, Latvia and Slovenia.

Our Strategic Partnership aims to support the development, transfer and

implementation of innovative activities at organisational, local, regional, national or

European levels to deliver high quality projects which are relevant to national and European labour market needs.
